Our monthly meetings are an opportunity to hear from, and talk with, experts who work with seniors and their families, as well as speakers on a wide variety of topics from gardening to healthy eating, housing to travel and local interest.

The meetings are a great opportunity to inform, socialize, meet friends and get to know what’s going on in the community. Light refreshments are served.

In addition to our regular monthly meetings, we have two special meetings annual- A holiday party in December a Summer BBQ in June.
