All exhibitors + non-profits must complete a registration form in order to guarantee a table. Registration can be completed using the online form below, OR by delivering a paper copy available for download here to the SMB Community Enterprise Centre, Unit 1 – 5229 St. Margaret’s Bay Road.
Bay Expo welcomes financial support from businesses or individuals to help offset the cost of staging the annual community event. The donation form is available for download here.
Deadline to reserve your display space is Friday April 17, 2020.
Exhibitor space is booked on first come, first served basis. To ensure Bay Expo expenses are covered and there is a balance of exhibitors, there is a limit of 6 home businesses, 6 home crafters (does not collect HST and is not registered with the Registry of Joint Stock Companies) and 10 non-profits. Approximately 25 tables available for business/government vendors.
