Community events
Bay Seniors volunteers and members are always ready to lend their time, skills, and knowledge to support special events in our community. Some events our members have stepped up for are Christmas in the Bay, Winter in the Bay, Share the Harvest, Flags for Food, and the Peggy’s Cove Area Festival of the Arts, among others.
Support for other nonprofit organizations
Bay Seniors helps promote activities of other nonprofit organizations that are free or almost free, of interest to seniors, and offered in the St. Margaret’s Bay area, both in person or virtually. Brief notices are shared, as space permits, in our monthly newsletter and on our Facebook page. Please submit information about your activity to communications@bayseniors.ca.
Policy on information from businesses
Bay Seniors offers free listings for local organizations and businesses in our Home Maintenance Directory and our Healthcare Directory.
We do not otherwise publish information or advertisements from businesses for their products, services, or events on our website, in our newsletter, or on our Facebook page.
