I terminated contract with this person due to continuousissues with the home he re built , and this person now feels they should be paid for work not completed refuses to provied information to be paid for work done. Also feels hes gets to make decisions for who does work on my property after contract was terminated. Refuses to come to an agree where he wont provide documents to prove what hes owed. Most Un professional person
