Fitness for Seniors

Bay Seniors offers several fitness activities for its members. Aerobics, chair aerobics, and Nordic walking are available year-round. Pickleball is offered September to June, and tai chi and Zumba Gold have been offered from time to time, with class dates shared in our monthly newsletter. 

All activities are geared toward seniors. Advance registration and fee payment is required for some activities, while others are available for a modest drop-in fee or at no charge.

All fitness activities except pickleball and Nordic walking take place at the Melissa Connick School of Dance in Upper Tantallon.
